If your attendee has lost, misplaced or simply needs their class confirmation/registration receipt again, you can resend this to them anytime. For example, their email address may have been entered incorrectly or changed and you will need to update their email address and resend the registration receipt.

To resend a receipt or registration confirmation email, follow these steps:

  1. Select Classes (or the term you used for your events) from the top navigation menu.

  2. Select the event that the attendee in question is registered for.

  3. Click on Attendees (or the term you used for your participants), found either in the side menu or the event stats panel.

  4. Locate the attendee and click on their name panel. This will open up their registration card. Along the top tabs, select the dropdown menu and you will see an option to Resend receipt / confirmation. When you click on that, this attendee will be emailed a copy once again. You can also resend the receipt from within the attendee’s payment tab.

NOTE: Whenever you add an attendee manually, or add a payment, or issue a refund, the attendee automatically gets the most updated receipt emailed to them, so you do not have to send it manually again.
