In order to use classifications to filter your events internally and publicly, you can configure several classification filters, as follows: Categories, Age Groups, Genders, Price Ranges, and Levels/Grades. You can can also enable or disable any of them, depending on your account needs.

To configure any of these filters, go to Settings, then choose Configurations, and then choose the specific filter(s) you want to edit.

Categories

Categories are one of the filters that you can use to narrow down items in the event list within the app or on the generated portal site. These categories are arbitrary to how you would like to arrange the events within your account.

You can add as many categories as you require by typing in each category as a separate entry. You can sort the categories up and down to have them listed in the order you desire. After adding a new category or editing any of the existing ones, be sure to save to apply your changes.

You can also enhance the visibility of your categories by color-coding them. To do so, go to Settings > Configurations > Categories and pick your desired colors for each category.

Age Groups

Age groups are one of the filters that you can use to narrow down items in the event list within the app or on the generated portal site.

You can add as many age groups as you require by typing in each age group as a separate entry. Some examples would be: Youth or Adult, etc. You can sort the age groups up and down to have them listed in the order you desire. After adding a new age group or editing any of the existing ones, be sure to save to apply your changes.

Genders

Some examples would be: Boys, Girls, Women, etc. You can sort the genders up and down to have them listed in the order you desire. Prices Ranges

Price ranges are one of the filters that you can use to narrow down items in the event list within the app or on the generated portal site.

You can set a [from] price value and a [to] price value to create a price range. You can leave a field blank to indicate an “Over …” or “Under …” type of range. For example, [ ] to [50] will be labeled as “Under $50”. Use the value [0] on its own in either field to have a range labeled as “Free”. You can sort the price ranges up and down to have them listed in the order you desire. After adding a new price range or editing any of the existing ones, be sure to save to apply your changes.

Levels / Grades

Levels are one of the filters that you can use to narrow down items in the event list within the app or on the generated portal site.

You can add as many levels as you require by typing in each level as a separate entry. Some examples would be: Level 1 or Beginner, etc. You can sort the levels up and down to have them listed in the order you desire. After adding a new level or editing any of the existing ones, be sure to save to apply your changes.
