To automatically send your attendee contact details, like first name, last name and email address, and any other pertinent information to your mailing list, you have the following options:
If you use MailChimp, Corsizio allows you to send select data through a direct integration with MailChimp. Details on how to do this are provided below.
If you use MailChimp or similar newsletter services like AWeber, Constant Contact, MailerLite, etc., Corsizio allows you to integrate with them through Zapier, which provides integrations with over 750 web apps. Details on how to do this are provided in our Zapier integration help doc.
On the Account Settings screen, you will find a section named Integrations with a link to manage all of your integrations in one place.
For a direct MailChimp-only integration, from within your Account Settings enable the MailChimp integration option and provide the required details to integrate your account.
Enter the API Key provided by MailChimp, which you may find here, and provide the List ID which is usually found within the List Settings on MailChimp.
Once you provide the above information, click the button labeled Verify the integration and prepare the list. Corsizio will perform a check to see if it can reach the list on MailChimp, and also add a custom merge-field on that MailChimp list tagged as
EVENTID which you can use to segment your list further on MailChimp, if needed.
This integration will automatically add the email address from each registration to a MailChimp mailing list of your choice. It will also send along the merge-fields
EVENTID as the First Name, Last Name, and the applicable Corsizio Event ID.
